Overview

CMS v2 is the CloudAxis management portal for relationships,managing subscriptions,cloud customers, platform regions, subscriptions, catalogue data, pricing, usage, billing, invoicing,invoices, alerts, jobs, settings, and updates.

This manual is written for peopleadministrators, operators, support teams, and users who use,need administer,to operate, or support CMS. It explainsunderstand what usersthe canportal dodoes inand how to use it.

Purpose

Use CMS to:

  • Manage distributors, partners, tenants, users, and subscriptions.
  • Configure Azure Stack, Azure Local, Public Azure, and CloudStack regions.
  • Maintain catalogue and pricing data.
  • Collect usage and review billing.
  • Generate and review invoices.
  • Track alerts, scheduled jobs, backups, and updates.
  • Control platform settings, branding, notifications, and access.

Navigation

The left navigation changes by role. Users see only the portal,pages whereand records available to findtheir eachassigned area,organisation and what to check when something is missing.

Users see navigation items based on their role and organisation access.

Access

Access depends on the user's assigned role and organisation access.relationship. Users only see records that match their tenant, partner, distributor, region, subscription, or platform scope.

If a page, record, button, report, or action is not visible,missing, check:

  1. The user's assigned role.
  2. The user's organisationtenant, partner, distributor, or platform relationship.
  3. Whether the relevant feature is enabled in settings.Settings.
  4. Whether prerequisite records exist, such as regions, partners, tenants, or subscriptions.exist.
