Quotas
Overview
Quota management lets operators view and manage tenant resource limits for supported platforms. The main quota workspace is the Quotas tab on the Subscriptions page.
Purpose
Use Quotas to review current tenant resource limits, request changes, approve changes, and track quota history for supported platforms.
Supported Platforms

Azure Local and Public Azure quota managementquotas are not partmanaged offrom the current quota workspace.
RegionUser DefaultsRoles
Platform administrators can manage default quota templates for supported regions. These defaults are used when tenant platform resources are first prepared.
Use region defaults to keep tenant quota setup consistent across new subscriptions.
Subscription Page Quotas Tab
The quota tab lets the user select:
Tenant.Platform.Region.
The selected scope shows current quota or limit values, requested values, approval status, and change history.
When no enabled regions exist, the page shows a setup message instead of quota controls.
Approval Workflow
Delegated administrators can request changes. Platform administrators review and apply approved changes where the platform supports it.

Review Quotas
- Open Subscriptions.
- Select the Quotas tab.
- Select tenant, platform, and region.
- Review current values, requested values, status, and history.
Request a Change
- Open the relevant quota scope.
- Enter the requested value.
- Save or submit the request.
- Wait for platform administrator review where approval is required.
Approve or Apply a Change
- Open the pending quota scope.
- Review requested values and history.
- Approve, reject, or apply according to the operational process.
Configuration
Platform > Quotas settings control whether tenant, partner, and distributor role families can see quota management. Platform administrators are not restricted by these visibility settings.
If a user cannot see quota pages or quota actions, check their role, organisation access, selected tenant, selected region, and the Platform > Quotas visibility settings.
Access
Quota data follows tenant, partner, distributor, region, and platform access. Users only see quota records that belong to their permitted organisation scope.
Tenant users are read-only. Tenant, partner, and distributor administrators can request changes where enabled. Platform administrators can manage defaults and approve or apply changes.
What To Check
If quota values do not appear:
- Confirm a supported platform region exists.
- Confirm the tenant has subscriptions in that platform and region.
- Confirm quota visibility settings allow the user's role family.
- Confirm the selected tenant, platform, and region combination is valid.
